At Second Source, we aim to provide fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery for every order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Available delivery options include:
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1 working day after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery within 2 working days after dispatch
Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been processed and dispatched, not at the time the order is placed.
Delivery Proof
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered by Second Source.
If you believe a delivery has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us so we can assist with raising an investigation with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Second Source cannot be held responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Failed deliveries due to address errors
• Packages returned due to incomplete information
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective
