Returns

We offer a 14 day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned with original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

Returned items are inspected before refunds are issued.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item shows:

• Signs of wear
• Odour (including smoke or fragrance)
• Missing tags or packaging
• Damage not present at dispatch

In these cases, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damage or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message must include:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
• Order number

This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Limited release products
• Gift cards
• Personalised or special order items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 

Delivery Proof Clause

All Orders are shipped with either 24hr/48hr Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Any items maarked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered.

 

Anti Swap Protection 

All items are photographed and recorded prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent returns.
